swim workout of the week

Today it is about turns.
300 swim
200 kick without a board
200 pull alt free/non-free
200 in and out. (sprint from flag to flag...drill inbetween)
5X100 free at 70% 20 rest
4X100 IM at 70% 20 rest
16X 50 from the middle of the pool sprint the turns...4 of each stroke and if you swim IM, throw in some IM turns. they are on 1' 45" REALLY THINK ABOUT NOT BREATHING FIRST STROKE OFF THE WALL AND STREAMLINE!!!
3X100 butterfly kick on your back. 20 sec rest.
200 warmdown and out.

The other half
I've done the other half now. It is nice to have a workout plan, even if I have to modify it a little. I did the 16x50 sprints. I don't know how to turn, so I just did sprints. I would have maybe only done 6 or maybe none at all. But it said 16, so I did 16 with the 300 warm up and the 200 warmdown and it was well worth it.

What???? The pool was closing and I had to get out. Besides, that is a long way to swim at one time.
It is only one workout, so I thought it was good for the whole week.

I did about half of your
I did about half of your workout last night and I think I will do the other half of Friday. I don't know about the IM, I can only do freestyle and doggie paddle. I am training for an 800 in October.
