Inspired?

After my big race in April I took a couple of months off May, June and the first part of July.  Then I started watching Le Tour de France and got all inspired all of a sudden to return to form.  It is tough to start up again after having been in the best shape of my life in April.  I plan on starting off easy with a 30 minute to an hour long workout everyday  and work my way up to my old training volume and then hopefully past that.
