Best semester ever!

Ever since leaving high school and then dropping out of community college 7 years ago life has gotten better and better for me.

I am 24 and still hang out with college kids and live with my dad, brother, and sister, but have hardly any desire to change that these days.  There was a time about 7 months ago when I almost wanted to sell my house, or rent it out, and get my own place somewhere.  But, I don't know why I would do that nowadays, other than if I got married or something. I mean, I am building up a fortune living under these circumstances, plus, I get to live with my dad who is a great mentor, and my brother, who is my best friend (for now), and I get to watch my sister grow as a person while she takes on many different responsibilities that she wouldn't get a chance to consider if her rent was higher than $200 a month.

I guess that my point is that when you live below your means you are free to spend your time on things that enrich your life rather than having to go to work every day and still worry about finding a way to pay your next bill.

I might have 2 vacanct rooms in my house next year because my brother and sister are thinking about moving out.   If you are interested, I am thinking about setting the rent at $220 including utilities, washer and dryer, and kitchen.  You can pay the whole year's rent of $2640 up front if you want to.

I don't know about that
